Fresh and homemade products set the tone for our breakfast buffet. Our kitchen teams prepare a large portion of the buffet items, from pastries to jams and spreads, to smoked salmon and honey from our beehives. For other products, we source them as locally as possible, in Honfleur or more broadly in Normandy.
