Our charming restaurant is led by Chef Kévin Legoy and overseen by Matthieu Pouleur - Head Chef of the Saint-Siméon Collection kitchens. Chef Legoy exclusively uses fresh, local produce to bring out the flavors representative of Normandy and offers you a seasonal gourmet escape through the Bocage menu.
